• trace the location and hire information of the person hiring or borrowing our seats.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your personal information, we'll be unable to hire or loan seats to you.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely using cloud services and protecting access to it through only allowing staff to access the information. We will ensure that your personal information is safely and securely disposed of when it is no longer required to be held by us.
